Dancing to drum solos and live drumming - 5 week deep dive

Join me for this fun and challenging 5 week session on Wednesday nights in West Kelowna! This session will focus on understanding the structure and components of belly dance drum solos, increase your understanding of common rhythms in drum solos and common movements to go with various rhythms, expand your skills and experience to improvise to live drumming, learn tips and tricks for drummer/dancer communication and just generally help you feel more comfortable to confidently improvise to both live drumming and recorded drum solos. This class will be part dancing, part discussion - bring a notebook and pen as well as your hip scarf.
